A further rise in oil prices and a decrease in supply would cause severe global economic problems, particularly on the already crippled US economy. Shouldn't the US understand the power of OPEC members and prevent the potential genocide on the people of Gaza by the Israeli government?Could the current Arab-Israeli conflict mimic a repeat of the 1973 oil crisis?
